Ingredients for making gourd peel chutney
Bottle gourd peels (soaked) – 1 cup
Tomato – 2-3
Sesame – 100 grams
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Garlic cloves – 4-5
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste
Method for making gourd peel chutney
To make gourd peel chutney, first shift all the peels in a bowl and wash them thoroughly two to three times by adding water. After this, keep the peels soaked in water for half an hour, due to which the peels will become soft. When the peels become soft, take them out of the water and cut them into small pieces. Then chop tomato, garlic too finely.
Now put one tablespoon of oil in a small pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, put finely chopped tomatoes and gourd peels in it. Now stir them with the help of a spoon and fry them for about 5 minutes. When the peels and tomatoes are roasted well, add garlic pieces, red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix it and turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.

When the mixture remains slightly warm, transfer it to a mixer jar and grind it finely by applying the lid. Now take out the chutney in a bowl and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the chutney. Chutney made of gourd peels, full of taste and nutrition, is ready. Serve it with food in the day or night.
